Seafood Cooking Demo

Chef Brian had an excellent member event tonight where he demonstrated his talents in preparing a number of seafood dishes for our members. They got to watch him prepare  and then taste.

Sorry no close ups of food. We had other activities going on. That took me out of the room. After completion of the dinner I heard nothing but great comments.
